However, we want our customers to be satisfied, so we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Duplicate Payment

If you were charged more than once for the same subscription.

Technical Issues

If you experienced a verified technical problem that prevented you from using the service, and our support team could not resolve it.

First-Time Customers

In certain cases, first-time subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if they are not satisfied.
